FREE AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Occasionally problems occur with new frames having an unfamiliar fit. Sometimes a different lens prescription or lens type may cause adaption problems. At SightDirect, we promise to do everything possible to resolve any issues you may have. 

SightDirect also offer the following after-sales services for the lifetime of your spectacles:

  • free adjustments
  • free nose pad replacements
  • free cleaning (taking the frame apart if necessary)

 

ONE YEAR MANUFACTURING GUARANTEE

All spectacles from SightDirect are covered by a one year manufacturing guarantee against any faults or defects. So if any problems should occur, we would repair or replace the spectacles free of charge. 

 

30 DAY TRIAL FOR VARIFOCAL LENSES

Although varifocals are the ideal solution when both distance and near vision lenses are needed, we do appreciate that some people do not adjust to this type of lens very easily. SightDirect offer a 30 day trial on all varifocal lenses, so there is no need to worry about trying something new. If you are not happy with them at the end of the 30 days, simply bring them back to the store and we exchange them for either bifocals or two pairs (distance and reading) up to the same value as your original order.
